After the client agrees on the proposed amendments and designs, we provide project details to the client, giving the exact description of the nature and size of the project and its cost and various structural components. At this stage, there is the preparation of documents for the solicitations of projects implementation. These documents include contractual schemes, technical specifications, schedules of quantities and all the information that are related to the project site, in addition to a model of the contract that will be signed with the implementation contractor.
In this framework, we help clients in tenders, behalf distribution of copies of the documents, assistance in completing accessories, explanations and delete or addition of information on the tender documents as required by the circumstances and rationale of the project.
